If you have forgotten your password, or your password is not working for some reason, you can easily get a new one. All you need are your name, exact username, the government department you gave when you registered for the account. Send the Email with the Subject of "Password Request" to enquiry@hkebs.com and a new password will be assigned to you.
You will need to have your exact EBS username in order to sign in to your account.
Spaces
or Special Characters. EBS username does not contain spaces or special characters. The
only special character accepted is the underscore (like joe_2000).
